Dense and chewy, with a nice flavor. No solvent flavor at all, which you sometimes get with other bars. Quite filling for a low calorie mini bar. All in all, I like these quite a bit and would purchase again.

The oatmeal chocolate chip flavor is delicious. However, my last order was short 1 bar, so I paid full price for a box with 11 macro bars instead of 12.
