Pretty Good Product
I ordered these to give as a gift, and when the recipient told me they enjoyed these biscuits, I ordered a box for myself. My overall impression was that they were OK, they tasted OK, not the greatest, but decent. In other words, I won't reorder them because they weren't memorable but I don't regret having tried them either. In a pinch, they make a decent option, that's my honest opinion.I will say that the seller read my review and, noticing that I wasn't entirely satisfied, offered a full refund on my purchase, which was above and beyond, so they DO stand behind their product. I wasn't bowled over by the biscotti, but they weren't bad either. Considering the great customer service follow-up makes trying their products worry-free, I might give them a try again for this reason.
