You need more if youre active and bodybuilding. To get a decent amount of these amino acids, i would need to take about 2-4 times the serving size so this would only last me about a month. That's the caveat about getting blends, it's convenient though. Im trying this to see how i feel before getting these supplements in separate bulks. Just should have a better pricing or an even bigger option that has better discounts.
