Does the 223 die come with a powder funnel

You must not be able to read. The dies do not include primers either

Does the seating die also crimp

I dont see a crimp with this die set. I use small base full length dies for AR ammo and a crimping seating die to set the bullet.

So what is the deal with customers only getting 1 or 2 of the dies and some being used????

I don’t know what the deal is? I do know I had a similar experience. First set sent in a box with one the dies missing. Second set came in an envelope, the 3 dies were out of the box. Smashing into each other also the neck sizing die leaves a poor finish on the neck. I am replacing with a different brand of dies. I would have thought if there was a problem the first time they should make sure it was right the next time. That was my experience Lee

Does the deluxe set come with the recapping die?

Not the de-capping die specifically but the neck sizing die and the full length sizing die both will de-cap/de-prime.
