Live

As a live album goes, this is amazing. For the most part the whole album sounds amazing and is mastered well. There's a perfect amount of crowd vs music as well. The crowd isn't overpowering, but it's not watered down enough that it feels like I'm listening to a weird studio re-recording. That being said, each song fades out so if you're listening to music on shuffle it doesn't abruptly stop. However, it does contain a seamless track of the whole concert in case you want to listen to everything without the fadeouts, so that's really nice. Overall love it

Had the pleasure of seeing Moderat in Oakland, CA in December 2016, and although the setlist is moderat-ely different and the album doesn't magically convey what it's like to watch Gernot stomp around on stage enthusiastically like he's doing this for the first time, it's otherwise a representative slice of what it's like to share a room with the world's best electronic music. A New Error is the peak of their style, for me: slightly sinister, bassy but melodic, unclassifiable, room-filling wonders that propel you forward but steer totally clear of cliché. - Evan Lahti

Album incontournable , de la musique !

Genial producto para los que apreciamos cuando una banda produce un disco en vinyl, la calidad, los detalles, todo de primer nivel. Trae un booklet gigante del tamaño del disco completo, con las fotos de la gira. Todo esta increible, si ya tenias la versión anterior de este disco aún así recomiendo comprar esta nueva edición por la despedida de la banda de los escenarios por un tiempo.

I have to say owning the original from release I was not too keen on forking out more money for rehashed tracks but on the strength of their previous work I bit the bullet. Oh and I am glad I did. This is more than a reworked version with basically a live performance knitted together for the CD giving you the feel you are actually there. The break downs and build ups are epic affairs building tension and dropping beats like only moderat can. Essential purchase even if you own (like me) the original release, to the extent I am now looking at their other live albums. Damm you electronic breakbeat goodness!!!

Fantastic album. I just wish I could have been at that concert. It really captures the ambient without losing quality of sound.
