Measures 3 inches exactly. Buy 4 inch if u have 3 inch hose.
My fault, I ordered 3 inch bands for 3 inch hose and had to return. Lesson learned, get the next size up from hose u are using.

Purchased to clamp 4-inch hose, these would work great on 3-inch hose but small for 4-inch

The description says there 3/8 wide and the clamps I recieved are 5/8 wide
