10051 Badger Fine Finish Natural Bristle Paint Brush - 3"

After not having good results with the brushes I had, I researched and decided to buy this China bristle brush for applying marine spar varnish. Some reviews had indicated a lot of bristles coming out of the brush when new. This has not been my experience. I am working on some teak chairs and after 6 times using the brush with cleaning between only a few bristles have come out and were easily dealt with. The results I am getting are excellent and I am pleased with this product.

I bought this brush for tipping paint to remove bubbles. The brush is well built and only lost a few hairs. It has made tipping almost flawless for me.

I use these brushes for oil based polyurethane and they provide a great smooth delivery to the surface.

Restoring teak on my sailboat, stripped old cetol and prepped for applying Le Tonkinois, a linseed based oil varnish. Had to strip varnish layers twice due to poor results - was using polyester nylon brushes. Found out about these brushes and ordered a couple. Results were astounding. Really happy - I was ready to toss it in and use cetol.

I purchased this brush in order to apply polyurethane to a butcher block bathroom countertop. After researching through various youtube video's I settled on one where the man stressed the importance of what type of brush to use. As a total newbie, I have to say the project worked out beautifully.. I'm crediting the brush for such great results. With proper care, I expect to own this brush for many years to come.
