Great Torch for Farmers, But Lacks Rural Service Support
I purchased this torch for my father to assist with his night-time farming routines, such as irrigating crops. For the price, this is a highly effective and unique product that genuinely benefits the farming community. However, the lack of accessible spare parts and repair services in rural areas is a major drawback. If the battery fails or repairs are needed after two years, servicing it will be a challenge for rural buyers. The product has immense market potential if the manufacturer establishes better rural distribution and reliable after-sales support.

Poor customer response from Pick ur need
Don't trust them after selling the product after selling no one will response from the pick ur need side.. I had recently purchased the light from pick ur need and it was not working i tried contact them and shared all the details about the product and there is no solution or reply from their side. Very poor customer response.

Superb product
Got original product with seal packed and brand hologram. Not 1km range. But tried today night in farm ,it goes near about 150-200mtr with clear vision. If you want nearby view- go for small rechargeable 18500 focus torch which comes at around 500 Rs.. This Range torch is suitable for searching, farm use to see animals at night. We have to tap 3 more times to turn off the battery as 3 other modes get set in between on and off. Upto 450 mtr with less visibility. Price is little more. Charged 8 hrs at start. Don't know actual run time in single charge. ****After 2 years of use**** Excellent battery backup after regular use of 2 years but Cree LED is now working half. Don't know from where I will get Cree led.
