I just bought this sharpener for the second time because I somehow lost the first one I bought and within a day or two of trying to get by with another one I haveI recognized I really cannot live without this sharpener. I don’t know why it is so difficult to buy a sharpener that works for eyeliner, pencils, but I have others and have tried like 1 million of them and they always seem to work poorly. This one on the other hand is absolutely brilliant and perfect, and everyone should own it. That is my honest opinion it works every time and leaves eyeliner perfectly sharp instead of all gummed up and broken up inside the sharpener. Every. Time. It even works on eyeliner that is notoriously difficult to sharpen like wonder skin. Whoever designed this thing deserves a Nobel peace prize.

I'm blown away by this sharpener. Have been through so many make up sharpeners over the years, all manual. Some cheap some abit pricier. And all of them, regardless of price , just made the grade or were utterly horrid. You know the ones that chew up and destroy half the length of your new eyeliner, brow liner or iip liner pencil in minutes. Or those that leave nothing left so you have to order a new one to replace the new one you bought recently. Used to dread the moment when I needed to sharpen any make up pencils. It was always make or break time - literally.This sharpener is INCREDIBLE!! It sharpens make up pencils so well they look exactly like when they are brand new. What sharpener does that?! I bought 2 of these at an independent pharmacy/gift/variety store. Recent bad luck with eyeliner pencil sharpening made me think a newer one might be sharper. It works just like the 30 year old ones, including perfectly on regular pencils. I will be changing brands of eyeliner pencil. You can't go wrong with this one. 6 stars!

Forget those plastic sharpeners. Didn't hesitate, this is a FANTASTIC eye pencil sharpener! Three to four twists with the shavings coming off smoothly and whole, no small chunks, and your pencil is sharpened. Not sure why I wanted so long to buy this! For reference, I use a Maybelline Tatoo Studio gel pencil.

Highly recommend this sturdy compact sharpener. Have had one for about 15 years, ordered another to replace it, retiring the old one to my travel bag. New one is definitely sharper, but old one still has life in it. Beats all the plastic cases, flimsy blades found at drugstores & big box stores. Buy it once & use it for a decade or more, worth the money!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I go through lipliners fast, and I am constantly having to replace the cheap plastic sharpeners as the plastic seems to wear down after a couple months. It would damage my lipliner. This sharpener is fantastic. Sharpens to a perfect long point. I clean it with a mascara spoolie dipped in rubbing alcohol after each use. I just bought 3 more to have as spares just in case. I love this sharpener. But it, and you won’t regret it. Value for money:Excellent price Sharpening ability:Excellent
