Q: How long do you freeze the gel packs?

Hi, the gel packs for the MediCube should be frozen minimum 12 hours at -18°C. We recommend that you leave them permanently in the freezer so they are always ready for use. They will be frozen after about 8 hours, but will change phase after 10 hours freezing time to stay frozen much longer. Have a nice evening Uwe

Q: Does this bag contains a dedicated thermometer to be able to know its accuracy, especially if medications require 2-8 degrees celsius temperarure?

Hi, No it doesn't but the bags are clinically tested and will last 36 hours between 2 to 8°C at an ambient temperature of 24,2°C. You can see the testing procedure in the FAQ section of the MedActiv website. Have a great Christmas Uwe
