nice hot lather
It spits out nice hot lather. The only problem is that the directions were a bit confusing. When it tells you the mix it, you're basically putting the right amount of solution into a "gallon of distilled water" instead of the actual Lather King itself.

This product was easy to use and did a great job on some of my old leather seats in the 1956 Mercedes Benz car. It was easy to put on and rub off but I did give it several coats and it now look as new as possible.

Good product. People didn’t read product description.
This is meant for professional lather machines (those used in barbershops). This is not meant for shave gel heaters.Almost all of these reviews complain, because they simply didn’t read the product description.It’s like buying a toaster and complaining that you weren’t able to bake a cake with it.If you have a Lather King, Lather Time or another similar professional machine this is what you need.
