Good quality. It is also a great size to set up in my living room. Easy to clean.

This mat provided a larger work out area and had good thick cushion for knees,feet and hands.Rolls easy to store and good value for the money . Mi also use it as a play mat for my grandson. Wipes clean with damp rag . Highly recommend.

Perfect size and thickness.

I use it often for stretching outside before I go boxing. It’s definitely thin and don’t advise using outdoor unless you put something underneath it. It is a big mat which is nice just wish it was thicker. Overall though I’m happy with it. The price is definitely overpriced but it’s bigger so I suppose you’re paying for the extra size.

I’ve been using this mat for about a month doing Pavel’s Simple and Sinister workout. It has made doing the Turkish Get Ups a lot more comfortable than the bare floor and is very stable when doing the swings. The mat doesn’t slide around on my floor and I feel grounded during both the swings and TGU’s.The only thing that hasn’t worked out is that the kettlebells can cut the mat if you don’t place them down carefully. I use kettlebells between 16 and 32kg. They left the marks pictured and some of them go all the way through. I’m reasonably sure dumbbells or barbells would do the same. For me, this is not that big a deal and I’ll probably buy the same mat (or the slightly larger one) when the kettlebells finally ruin the mat.

This is a really nice mat. It’s a pretty large mat and it fits well in our workout room. I’d buy it again!

This mat is very nice. It is huge and very thick. It is pretty hard but still pretty comfortable.
