I've been using this eraser for few months now, and it's great and all, but I found it hard to insert new erasers into it. After finishing my first eraser, I tried placing the second one in, following the instructions given. But no luck. It still works fine nonetheless. The inserting of erasers would be my only complaint.This was my first electric eraser, and it's great! I love drawing, and this eraser really helped with getting the minor areas and the smaller mistakes. Something I couldn't have done with the bulky school erasers I have.

This is such a valuable tool to have as an artist, and I love working with it. I always get envious stares when I use it and people always want to know what it is. It's a really nice eraser too and it doesn't smudge or tear at the paper like some erasers can. It's the best for precise erasing and doesn't work that well if you're trying to erase a huge area, but it's great at pinpoint tiny erasing. It's also fun to use this to erase an image out of charcoal that you covered some paper with.

These are the best erasers I've used. I loved them so much I gifted them to my sister. The motor is much stronger than Derwent if I have to compare them to another similar product. They are ideal for erasing small stray marks or certain stains on paper that require heavy pressure with a normal eraser. I would highly recommend!

Good eraser, does a good job. One drawback is I can't find a place to find refill erasers. Guess the unit will quit as I use the last eraser.Orangecrush

I was searching high and low for this product and finally found it. Its great for erasing little areas with major mistakes. If you want to erase a lot i suggest you use a regular eraser but this eraser makes it so much easier to erase mistakes and allows me to pull the project i am working on back together. It was a great and useful buy

Not the power I expected. Very touchy to get it to erase effectively. If you expected the performance of a plug in eraser you will be disappointed.

I would not want to draw without this eraser! It works beautifully and you can get very close to your lines. I love everything about it. It has not damaged any paper and it is actually not too loud. I read the reviews before I bought it and I'm glad I can give it 5 stars, also.
