Excellent Carafe!
I really love the Hario V60"Clear" Glass Range Coffee Server, 600ml. First, the craftsmanship of this carafe is very fine and excellent. Yes, it is delicate glass. You will not be placing this on a burner to keep your coffee hot, but if you pre-warm this carafe with some hot water before brewing your coffee into it, it will keep your coffee at optimal drinking temperature. Furthermore, the markings on the carafe allow you to see how much coffee you have brewed when doing pour-over into it. 400 ml is a good sized mug of coffee. Get the 600ml carafe if you want to make two cups of your favorite brew to share. If you couple this carafe with Hario's ceramic dripper the fit and finish is perfect. You will be brewing and serving pour over coffee like a pro and the coffee will taste fantastic.Tip: hand wash and dry this carafe. I would not put it in a dishwasher and risk 'scrubbing off' the markings on the carafe. Handle the carafe carefully since it is delicate glass. It is not made to be like a Pyrex glass utensil that can hold up to oven temperatures.I really do not have anything negative to write. I simply love this carafe and would buy it again without hesitation.

Excellent product
I enjoy the elegant shape, the thin tempered glass, the quality of industrial design and engineering. The fantastic sealed cap that most people put the other way around until they figure it out. Fruit and herb-based teas and infusions look fantastic in this. Haven't used it for coffee once.

Works Well
This little carafe works perfectly with the Hario V60 funnel. In a world full of expensive gadgets that make bad coffee, this duo are reasonably priced and just make good coffee. What more can you want?Putting the lid on such that you can pour with it on is a bit fussy. But this thing Holds about two to four servings, so you’ll likely use the lid for its clever (great design) alternate use to hold the funnel after you finish brewing. This thing is not tempered glass, so you can’t put it on either an electric or gas burner. But you can reheat in it using a microwave oven.Otherwise, what can you say? It makes and serves good coffee at a reasonable price.

High quality and worth the price
Very nice looking and very high quality. Capacity was great for 1-2 cups of pour-over coffee. Smooth pouring with no dripping. Some have noted it feels thinner or more delicate than less expensive alternatives. I did not get that impression. Also, this is made of borosilicate glass, which is stronger and more temp shock-proof (and more expensive) than standard glass (used for beakers in science labs). The lid is nicely crafted and doubles as a drip rest for your pour-over cone. And made in Japan. Would definitely buy again or gift to a friend.

Nice coffee server
This is a convenient server to use with the Hario V60 as it sits squarely inside the rim of the server. It has a very nice design that looks good on a countertop. The lid can be a little finicky on first use, sometimes you may need to twist it a bit to get the rubber seal in place. Otherwise it feels well built. The glass is fairly thin but it is easy to hold so I don't think it would be prone to breaking easily.

Aesthetic & functional, not perfect
This is a lovely carafe made of clear, lightweight (though some might say too lightweight) glass. The quality can be felt in the hands though but a small brush with gravity will likely turn it into a mound of shards. The snugly fitting dual-purpose lid with silicone ring is a nice addition though I'd gladly trade a 5 dollar discount for its removal. Fitting it can be fussy at times. Note that there is a notch cut into the top of the silicone ring - that is to allow air to escape while pouring, therefore, said notch should be oriented opposite to (NOT over) the spout. The pour is controlled and relatively drip free.My rating of 3.5-4 stars represents an annoying design oversight relative to the lid. Note above I wrote "dual-purpose"...when the lid is not in use it is designed to also serve as a stand for the dripper (to catch post-brew drips). Well, my V60 size 02 dripper (probably the most common size) does not fit the 600ml (ironically also named "02") carafe lid. Call me picky.Overall recommend so long as you exercise reasonable care in handling it.

My daily go-to!
This was my first carafe purchased for pour-over coffee. I use it daily! I love that it is easy to pop in dishwasher, microwave or put in fridge. The lid keeps my coffee nice and warm. I can refrigerate the leftovers, then microwave in carafe to heat up or pour over ice. Very sturdy... hasn't cracked or scratched.
