Was in auto accident 3 years ago hurt my back . Been going to physical therapy fur 2 years . Got these to take on vacation to keep doing exercises they are great!!

This was my first time using elastic band. I work night shift and thought it would be a great way to exercise during my breaks or downtime. It’s easy to use and I love that it’s so compact and I can bring it along anywhere. The exercise is low impact but I feel like my tone is improving, especially in my arms.

I recently have stop going to the gym and decided to buy some workout equipment. These stretch bands are amazing especially when I do yoga and Pilates at home without the big equipment.

These bsnds are short and flimsy. Not at all like the photo shown! I am going to have to buy different bands to do my workout as these are so short.

Needed to replace my Thera bands. These are pretty good, they don’t have the powder stuff all over them, they don’t feel sticky, the light is really light, pointless for anyones feet and ankles that trained in ballet.They aren’t as long as some dance brands, but they are longer than the Walmart ones
