Great For Soups
I add a stick of this to soups I make, and I think it adds a pleasant richness to the finished soup. This is a staple in my household, would recommend to family/friends to give it a try.

The best!
I go through the original dashi constantly. It is my secret ingredient to so many dishes, and I have even used it for an emergency substitution of fish sauce or Worcestershire sauce. Would never go back to hondashi, this just really has a more nuanced flavor. Needs time to simmer and settle.

Delicious
I'm used to cook a large batch of Awase dashi from scratch and freeze it for later use. But this powder actually makes more delicious dashi.

Doesn't Dissolve Well
The flavor is good. Only one SMALL issue. It doesn't freaking dissolve, which kinda ruins all the recipes you might want to make with it
