Hardest thing to clean is where the handle attaches, if you breathe heavy enough everything slides off the pan! Great buy! UPDATE 16 MAR 2023 I'm 2 yrs in and this pan looks the same as when I bought it! After reading my initial review I realized my comment about things sliding off may seem negative as I attached it to the initial negative (ish) sentence. What I meant was, nothing sticks to it after you're done cooking and it's the best and easiest thing to clean. I couldn't even tell you the last time I properly washed it or put it in the dishwasher, all I do is rinse it with hot water and put it back in the cupboard. I even rinse it while it's still searing hot. My niece used it and left what appeared to be black burned on food. I didn't think I was going to be able to get it clean, but for the first and only time in 2 years, I took a regular dish brush to it and voila just like new. This is a must-buy, it cooks even, it rinses clean, no matter what you use it for, and it doesn't deteriorate or get damaged; if someone can damage an item, it's me. Buy this and buy it now!

This is a great little pan to cook up a couple eggs in the morning. My family uses it so often, it basically lives on the stove. It’s easy to clean, but is starting to have done staining around the edges.

Takes a little longer to heat up than a regular frying pan, but non-stick properties can't be beat. I threw out all my old nonstick frying pans and will be replacing with more of these!

We just ordered our second one of these pans. The first one lost its non-stick properties after about 6 months. That is not great durability but the pan was so convenient to use that we bought another anyway. It is light weight but still cooks pretty evenly. The non-stick coating works well for a while. I also like that I can safely put it under the broiler without worrying about the handle or the coating being damaged from the heat.

I love the durability and weight of this copper non-stick pan. I tossed out the others I had.

It is durable, lightweight and very easy to clean. I'm glad I purchased it.

I bought my first pan several years ago and it is still working great and looks like new. I just purchased one for my youngest son who enjoys cooking. I have owned many so-called non-stick pans over the years and this is hands down the best.

Cooks well - love that part. The handle gets pretty warm, though. The smaller pans of the brand do not have that issue but this big one does. I will still use it - will just have a potholder handy.
