Great phone jacket! I love its thickness...
I loved this jacket. I dropped my phone so many times and it did what it offered. I'm 5'11 and my phone would mostly drip from waist height. It has dropped from my chest pocket before. I cannot say which drop cracked a corner of my phone, but the amount of times I had dropped it, there should be more. A lot of my drops are due to running to catch a bus and how much ferocity there is in jumping over things or through streets in LA.Everything that this case boasts, I can confirm it does it well. It is easy to put on and easy to remove. The plastic inside the outer jacket had broken (most likely from a fall), but it still functioned as a skeleton once I put it back. The outside of the jacket can also function as a pressurized cast of sorts. The only, only, only reason I did not repurchase this case is because of the back. The clip for it to function as a stand is nice, but only works horizontally. Not to mention I cannot slip my finger in between the gap once opening it. The note 10+ is rather huge and heavy and I like having the security of holding my phone when I use it. Unfortunately, SUPCASE has no alternate jacket that I could find without the back (and in fact, was difficult to find one for the note 10+ in general with protective qualities). The Note 10+ is on the thin side and I love how the supcase unicorn beetle made it beefier when holding it. But because of that, I do struggle opening the side window battle from the edge here and there (and the other case I purchased also gives me trouble- it has to do with the phone itself having edges being rounded and smoothed, which is stupid overall). For those looking for a case without the clip on the back, I would recommend the 'Galaxy Note 10 Plus Rugged Clear Case, Poetic Full-Body Bumper Cover'. I put on an attachment on the back so that I could use it as a hori/vert stand and as a ring insert for better grip.

8 months later review
so i have been using it for 8 months now.things I loved:- i have dropped my Note several times from table or waist height with the Oh F**K moment only to realize the phone was undamaged, thank goodness!- kickstand, worked well on my long plane rides (before covid hit and I stopped traveling) for watching movies from the tray or giving me something to hold onto while viewing landscape or portrait positions- i have a magnetic phone holder in my vehicles so i added metal plates on the inside of case and its has been working, not super solid connection like a plate directly on the magnet, but it holds up. no scratches on the back of the phone either.things I hated:- volume and power buttons - they work and i cant recall when it started but they just dont always do what i needed. like pressing button to turn display off, i would have to hit the button 3-4 times before it would engage, weird- charger port cover, after 1 week, since its just plastic, I cut it off with a razor, it was just annoyed at night when you go to charge it and have to deal with pulling it off- kickstand - after 7 months of use, the kickstand finally stopped working. by design, it has 2 small plastic dots that the kickstand uses to glide along the tracks to open/close. 1 looks like it wore off, the other must have broken off?! as it was just gone...but, 7 months isnt too badoverall, great phone protection. with that said, i'm only back here reviewing because I'm buying another one. ;)hope this helps.

Almost perfect
This is one of the most solid cases I've ever owned, and I used to only use OtterBox. Everything is perfect about it, unless you want to put one of those pop-handles on the back since there isn't a spot that a normal-sized one will stick to. The was a drawback for me only because they are great to use when the arthritis is flaring up; however, the kickstand on this is WAY more solid than on my last phone case, so when I need that extra help to hold the phone in one hand I just pop out the kickstand and voila! I don't use the belt holder much, but when I'm traveling I still attach the phone to it as an extra measure of protection for the screen. The only real drawback to this is the piece of rubber that goes into the charging port. I've had to flex that a LOT because it is so stiff, I was afraid it was going to push the USB-C insert to the point where it might damage the port. It's loosened up a bit, but if it were made not so stiff, this would be a virtually perfect case.

Phone case excellent, Prime shipping not so good
I ordered this phone case for a Samsung Note 10+. Ordered on Dec 2. Did not arrive till Dec 9 and that was with Prime shipping. I understand being busy might be a day or two late. but taking a week??The case itself fits perfectly. Very secure and safe. I wear it with the belt holster that is included. There was no problem getting the phone in the case. Very easy. The holster and case has a very good fit. Holds the phone in place. When you grip the phone with this case on, you have a very secure feeling that it will not slip out of your hand. The case does not show fingerprints. Mine is a dull black finish. Easy access to the pen. The cover for the charging port is a little stiff but nothing that warrants a bad review. The buttons, to me, are easily located. I have no problem with their feel.Raised edges top and bottom raises the phone when placed face down. Should give enough protection there. The rear stand on the case is a little stiff to open. I have to use a coin or paper clip to open it. You do not have to worry about it coming open unexpectedly. Once open, and pull it back till it clicks it stays open as well. Closing it till it snaps shut to me is a good positive feel knowing it will not come back open.On previous phones I have owned I have used Otterbox brand. It is a little thinner than those but feels like the same protection for way less than $60 for an Otterbox. This maybe my "go to" case for now on. Only had this case on my phone for 4 days. As time moves on I will update this review if my feelings toward this case changes.
