Get in the ground floor (for both this model and their next)...It's worth it.
Without a doubt, Bluedio is the best sleeper brand in BT headphones. Always up to date (in BT tech), and punching above their weight. These are simply great headphones for the price, just like the R models before them. Bluedio markets these as a 'Hurricane' to the market of this range of headphone, and they are being 100% honest compared to the MANY others I have tried.Amazing battery life. I have not been forced to charge these once, even after a four-day weekend of extreme use. They'll survive whatever journey you put them through until you have time to charge them (which doesn't take long). Many models, especially in this price range, last less than 8-12 hours (especially with any kind of volume).Superb bass. This is a Bluedio hallmark. If you have tried any of the R models, or read/seen the reviews here, youtube, or elsewhere you know what to expect in that regard. These can be eq'ed (either on your device or with the built-in profiles from pressing both volume buttons) from fairly flat, to well-accentuating the mid-range (I love how electric guitars sound on these), to supremely bass heavy without bottoming out, even at high volume.Incredibly loud. Many bluetooth headphones (even extremely expensive models from Sennheiser and Sony) can only reach around 100db or so, if that. These (and other bluedio models) will do 110-120db. That is borderline insane...you will not be hitting the '+' button in vain, because believe me, I've been there. Even if you like it loud, I highly doubt you will maxing these out (especially if eq'ed higher in a certain frequency). The fit is very good, especially after the pads are broken in. They have a very satisfactory clamp on your head, and will not fall off. The top under padding is comfortable, not digging into your head (like some others). The adjustability range is very good for different size heads; I actually had to open them up a little. On most I have them completely shut wishing they could get smaller, but there is still plenty of slack for those with larger domes. I also think they appear much more subdued when worn then the pictures may appear. The cups are fairly flat, so you don't have to worry if you fear looking like you have actual cans on your head. That's impressive, considering the sound they deliver.Bluetooth works wonderfully on both my phone and pc. I have not had the issues when pairing, and would not let that worry you. A voice prompt clearly keeps you aware of the device status. What else is there to say? For this price you simply cannot go wrong, even if you don't feel as strongly as I do.Here's my suggestion:Buy these headphones instead of taking a chance (and believe me, it's often for minimal gain) on something much more expensive. Take the money you've saved and throw it to them on their Indiegogo for their next high-end model. Not only are you supporting a company that gives great value, you're also getting a huge discount (right here on amazon!) for at least twice what you put in for certainly another great set of wireless headphones. These are the next evolution of the R+, this time fully supporting aptx out of the box. If you own an R model,or were thinking about it...here's your chance to get in on the ground floor:https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/dream-wireless-world-1st-optical-color-headphone/x/8395432If you are reading this review later, perhaps after that campaign is done, or you've tried a model to confirm I am not the next stage in the evolution of marketing robots (just a dude that likes good value wireless headphones and companies that make them, promise), be sure to keep an eye out for their next project. They may do more crowd-funding for other upcoming models...Such as as the super high-end V (pics on their facebook), which has even more speakers per ear than the D arranged in a surround-sound pattern, virtual 7.1 over both wired and bt4.1, touch controls, aptx, optical (toslink) in, 24bit/48hz, my kitchen sink, your kitchen sink, and still probably cost less than a mediocre pair of Beats. If I haven't convinced you it's worth at least $40 to support a good company and product, I'm sure Apple will gladly take your $400. Just don't be surprised when Bluedio becomes the next big thing.

Found a winner here.
So, I purchased these headphones because the ear pads on my old basic inexpensive ones were worn out after a few years and so had to purchase entirely new headphones since they do not make replacements. I do film work so I use top of the line Sennheiser headphones for my work but wanted some basic inexpensive ones to just use around the house with my MacBook Pro and iphone 6 plus. I tried another Bluetooth headphones brand (SoundBot) and they were terrible... felt cheap, not connecting, losing connection, muffled sound, and no real support from the company so I just returned the original AND the replacement items and ordered these. Had never heard of the company Bluedio before (like SoundBot) and so was apprehensive about how good they were going to be and how well they would work. Got them in and, as others have stated, they just felt better. More substantial and well made with some real heft or weight to them. Yes, the plastic parts are at risk for breakage if care is not taken but for the price ($35 including shipping) I find them to be very well made and designed as materials go. They are over the ear headphone so if you are not accustomed to using them or do not like that style you will not like these headphones. They fit my, larger, size head and ears very well being snug enough but not tight or uncomfortable even after an extended period of time and even though they have substantial weight to them. The buttons are easy to find and use and since the play/forward/reverse 'button' is more of a toggle style versus a push style it is easy to differentiate which ones do what with your fingertips The pads over the ears and at the top of the band are very comfortable and soft to the skin rather than feeling plastic like. The sound is excellent overall for the price (again not Sennheiser but not $500+ either) the bass was a bit too much at first but after adjusting the equalizer on my iphone and Macbook it was corrected. I love that it connected very quickly and that I can use the headphones for both my iphone and my Macbook at the same time instead of using two different headphones for each as I had been doing previously. Video and streaming is great sounding and music is clear and varied according to how you set your equalizer. By the way, pressing both volume buttons at the same time will adjust basic equalizer setting options but you will find that they are, at best, basic and most likely will want to use your own player's equalizer to get the best results. I have used them on multiple phone calls and almost everyone said the sound was clear...not perfect... but clear. One company representative I spoke with had difficulty hearing me clearly but that may well have been their system's issue not the headphones' as I had been transferred to multiple departments within the company and only the one representative had the issue hearing me clearly. The voice prompts that tell you when power is "off", "on", "voice dial", and "connected" etc might bother some individuals but I found it convenient. I will update as time goes on but so far....I have to say I find them to be great and plan to purchase another pair to have around for sharing with others.

Best bang for your bucks!
I give a 4 star for the best sound you could get at this price! The pros:+ incredible sound for the price, not too much bass. When tweaked properly with an equalizer, you'll have it at your liking, I'm sure.+ flawless Bluetooth pairing device. I have paired it with my Nexus 5 phone and an Ipdad 4 without issue. No "click" sound while airing music that sometimes happened with a sony BT device I used before.+ build quality is OK. The headset is not that sturdy, don't try to over stretch it but who would do that? Unless you want to break it in purpose. The cons- the headset is tight around your ears, it hurts a little after a while (45 mn), maybe will I get used to it?- the music can be heard outside the headset at medium level.Very happy for the price. I have never listen to any BT headset at the + 200$ Price range but it would be interesting to compare.
