Jamie Joy ,Is a dedicated employee that I’d like to give a 5 star review. Her company GW Security needs to acknowledge she worked two hours after closing to help me, that’s pretty rare these days. I received the NRV with 4 cameras today and also bought an extra camera. Unfortunately I was having issues settling up the system. I had talked to Jamie on the phone and went past her scheduled hours. I was almost ready to return the NVR. But after I hang up I reset it by selecting another language it started to work correctly which is weird. I emailed her after hours and told her I was able to log in which we couldn’t do on my call to her. I was surprised she called me back to resolve the issue of me not being able to see my cameras on my phone. She actually set up my cameras remotely from her location (Ca) I’m in Texas.I still haven’t put the the cameras up on the house. I’m glad GW Security has a dedicated Tech Support technician like Jamie. I researched other companies before buying not going to say company names but some have terrible technical support reviews.. I’ll put up a review on the actual performance of the whole system at a later date. Support I can attest is a 5 star.

Great 4k image quality. Only needs a small amount of light for color. Lots of setup options.Cameras have microphones and lights. Many ways to swivels the camera mounts to get the perfect angle.Like most NVR systems, the setup can be confusing, but this one is easier than others I used before.There’s no DDNS setup needed to view outside the house on the mobile app.I couldn’t find any info about how the spots lights work. I assume if it’s dark and recording then it’s on, but not quite sure yet. Also, it would be nice to be able to connect a USB keyboard and use it instead of having to type using mouse clicks.

Had an issue that wouldn't record. Talked to tech (I believe Jack) and he said look at disc drive and see if its formatted. It wasn't. So I hit the auto format and in 15 minutes was recording perfectly. Next day I spoke with another tech named Ed, because I couldn't get another iphone to play using the app. He was very knowledgeable and walked me thru it in 2 minutes. The quality of picture is amazing, and the system is very easy to use and install. Probably will purchase another for my buisness. This company so far has been excellent!
