Great Product and Customer Service
The shipment came promptly on order. I called Algae Research Supply's customer service led by the employee named Matthew, and they were very responsive. I used this media for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, a type of green algae. After receiving very helpful advice from them, I have been able to culture to near perfection. In the span of a few days, I got my first algal bloom. I needed to culture quickly and well, as this is for my science fair project, and I was very impressed by the quality of both the product and customer service.
