RA1141 Portable Benchtop Router Table

Table router is small and works , the safety on the table work and help with holding work in place. The router base plate mount is universal and needed to be modified to fit my router, just centered router on mount plate and drilled holes to match my router, assembly was easy and router table works very well.

I fitted a Dewalt Router to this. I had to make a small modification to one of the screws (shortened it) to get it to fit, but otherwise no problem fitting it. Like some of the other reviewers said, yes the legs are a little wobbly. You need to fix the table down per the instructions, or have a helper hold the table while you feed the part through. Certainly the routing functionality worked well Only negatives are that the tool holder lids flip open too easily (won't stay closed during transportation) and a lot of sawdust goes in them. Certainly not a reason to buy something else

Seems well built, legs are a little more flimsy in their locked positions than I'd like them to be but doesn't move too much when clamped. Leg storage compartments are pointless as others have pointed out. The main reason I wrote this is that the first piece of wood I cut got caught on the rubber edge banding on the table so double check that. If your finger nail can catch it, plane/trim it down real quick before running wood across the table. Only routed 10 or so pieces so far but seems to work well.

Great, small, portable router table! I can only speak as a sometime router, but this table is solid enough for small work if I clamp the legs down to a work bench. I already had a Bosch 1617 fixed base router for it, but I DID replace the miter gauge with a more solid aluminum one.

Sturdy, Simple assembly, Onboard accessory storage. Will need to be mounted to a heavier table to be truly stable for larger work pieces.

The unit works very well. It's very light which actually creates a problem, you need to use the holes to bolt this thing down while working with it. But since it is portable I don't see that as a fault but rather a requirement of the unit. Changing the bit is a bit harder than I would like but I'd rather it be inconvenient than have the router come lose in use. But it is very easy to remove the router with the snap plate in the bottom. Also, it fits most routers, but make sure you look in to it, if you already have a router, make very sure the model number is supported, I had to buy another router. Not that I needed much encouragement to upgrade it:) The only complaint I have is that the leg storage doors are poorly fitted, they don't like to stay closed and I can't trust them to stay closed and not spill out their contents with light movement. Some magnetic latches would have done some amazing value, the plastic clip like shutter just is not up to the task. As such I end up not using the leg storage and that really is the only problem I have with the unit. I do wish the back fence would be moved back more, it will require me to use it mostly with the fence off and that's why in the photo the fence and guard are both removed. It was just overly limiting, but I will eventually built this unit in to my work bench and then use the same spot to house it with a lid to return my work bench space when not in use by lowering the legs to store it. All and all I would recommend this unit to someone who has very limited space as I do, or someone who needs to travel with the unit. You will need to come up with a mounting system, if your going to work out of a truck bed I would strongly advise making a wood tray for it that uses strong magnets to hold the unit to a truck bed (*not a Ford, lol the newer F150's have a aluminum truck bed)

I use this with my Bosch 1617 router. Haven’t given it a lot of use yet as other projects have gotten in the way. But if you can’t afford one of the lovely tables with a router lift built in this will do just fine

C'est article n'est pas compatible avec les normes françaises (voltage, prise de branchement). De plus il est extrêmement difficile de fixer une defonceuse européenne. Amazon France devrait le retirer de son catalogue.

La Mesa es estupenda pero no viene adaptada para su uso en España, las tomas de corriente son del tipo americana y a 120v y las fresadoras compatibles no se comercializan en España. Una pena
