These Things Work!
I live out in the country, and once it starts warming up, the wasps come out like clockwork. We like to sit out on the porch in the evenings, but the wasps were getting real annoying — dive bombing our sweet tea and buzzing around the kids.I saw this and figured I’d give it a shot. Hung it up near the edge of the porch, and no kidding, within a day it already had several wasps stuck to it. After a week, it looked like a bug buffet. What I like is that there’s no mess, no bait to deal with, and it was pretty cheap. Just hang it and let it do its thing. Not going to say it got them all, but it was pretty effective. Also, I really appreciate the bird guard on it — we’ve got a lot of songbirds around and I didn’t want to hurt anything I wasn’t aiming for.All in all, I’m real happy with it. Simple, safe, and it works. I’ll be picking up a couple more for the barn and back deck. If you’ve got wasp problems, this thing’s worth every penny.

Very effective, easy to set up
These are amazing. I found the most success with them by placing them near where the wasps are nesting. But I have 5 traps up and they all caught quite a few. 10-35 wasps each. It took a day or two for them to care about the traps, but once one or two go stuck, it seemed to encourage more to get stuck lol.Setup is a breeze. You just attach the guard rails, then hang it outside. I added a wire tie to the top and bottom so that they didn't blow around in the wind. No smell at all, apparently they are attracted to how it looks. After having them up for 2 months, they are still in place without issue — very durable. No issues leaving them up in the rain. Still caught wasps after the sun came back. Also caught a number of flies as well.

Wasp problem: SOLVED! These traps are AMAZING.
These traps are AMAZING! We have a Japanese Maple tree in our front yard and wasps were all over this for weeks. We tried everything to remove them - bug spray, Seven, and nothing worked. Decided to "go nuclear" with these traps. Went away for a week, and WOW! Completely FILLED with mud wasps, yellow jackets, flies, and other critters. Sadly, there were two skinks (lizards) that got caught up in the fracas, but the wasp population has decreased exponentially. I can safely walk past my tree again. AMAZED how well these worked.

Effective at capturing hornets, wasps, and other flying pests
A hornets nest took up residence under our back step. Hornet spray kills on contact but did not kill over duration, so purchased delta dust and placed it in the crack. Residual amounts in the area made my dogs sick but didn't seem to dwindle hornet population as I killed 7 a few days later. Finally, I purchased this sticky trap. After putting it over the top of the opening, I had about 20 hornets stuck within a few hours. Three days later, most of the sticky surface is coated with hornet, wasps, and flies, and it is still actively catching hornets. Everytime I look at it, there are a few newly attached hornets twitching and trying to sting the surface. Hard to believe, after catching about 50 of them, several hornets are still flying around the nest. I'm looking to purchase another set.

Stuck Up Stingers
Incredible product. OMG, it is impossible to count all the wasps these catch. We have a huge problem with wasps in the summer. Our house doesn’t have any nests, but they come to my lawn from all the neighbors. I have to put up three traps around the yard at the same time and by the end of summer, the dead wasps cover all the sides with their stuck bodies. We don’t have any bird issues, so I don’t put those green plastic protectors on the traps. It is much more efficient.

Works pretty good
Traps anything that touches it, all kinds of bugs get stuck in these things. Mine caught quite a few wasps, but placement seems to make a big difference.
