Great Stuff
This is by far the BEST bug killing stuff ever. I purchased it while it was offered at a reduced price. I can't stand ants (cousins to the termite), spiders and any other insect you can name. I'm highly allergic to bee and wasp stings. This works, I can work in my garden in peace and feel safe that I won't end up in the Emergency Room. If the price is ever reduced again, I'll stock up because it works.

Seems to work sometimes
Mixed this for the teeny white flies on my dinner plate hibiscus. Seems to work, but then they come back. Stated on label to not use on petunias. Apparently you shouldn't use on geraniums either....really hurt mine and leaves turned brown.

works well
I bought this to kill ants under my back deck and side of the house. I mixed as recommended, even though I thought it was too dilute to work. 1tbs per gallon seems darn dilute! This stuff worked amazingly. I have not seen an ant in a week since I spread out 2 gallons (that's only 2 tbs of produce) on a 300 square foot deck (drips under deck to ground where ants live). I have tried many other bug killers; this is the only thing that has worked. Definitely NOT for indoor use!

Mostly pros, and one con that you can't get around.
Malathion has been cited as a safer insecticide compared to some others. The only drawback is it stinks to high heaven. Not a wonderful odor to behold. That odor will last a couple of days in the area you sprayed. I didn't down rate to four stars due to that, because in all other respects it does what it claims to do. It also doesn't separate or go bad if partially used and then stored for over a year. So close your nearby windows before using, and enjoy.

Strong Stuff
May keep the bugs away but it may also burn your plants. I didn't test it first and sprayed all my small trees and half got leaf-burn.
