Do it - Your Jeep TJ will appreciate the new parts
I was thinking I didn't need a kit, mine would be fine. But I bought just in case. I did really need it, and this was great. I worried a bit in that there was review that noted the parts were not the same quality as the OEM. However, they were great, in fact I felt they were as good or better than the original. I also saw in the reviews there was one part that was a bit larger than the original and could hurt the drum. With that info and the work of a small grinder, and I was set. This was a great kit, I would for certain do this again. This went on a 2006 Jeep TJ X.

Quality and great value
This was the first time time I changed rear brakes. The kit had everything needed to get the job done. With a little help from You Tube any one can do this job at home. Save your money. Seems to be quality parts. 3 months later still going strong and no issues. Also bought brake cylinders and brake shoes from Amazon. Saved a lot of money compared to the local parts store. Brakes repaired were on a 92 Jeep Wrangler.

Most parts fit and worked well, brakes are much better now
This kit did mostly what I needed. After rebuilding the rear brakes, the brakes work evenly and smoothly, and now the parking brake works good enough I can park on a hill without worrying about my Jeep rolling away.As some have mentioned, the self adjusting lever (or whatever its called) does not fit properly and I had to re use the old one, but other than that, and some unidentified parts, the final outcome was great.

BE AWARE, ONE wrong component for Jeep TJ application
I’ll begin by saying this kit was ordered for installation on a 1997 Jeep Wrangler TJ with ABS and rear drums on a Dana 35 axle. It was shown to be compatible with my Jeep both by Amazon and the companies website.*BE AWARE* - As at least one other review has stated, the self-adjusting lever is too big for this particular vehicle application and upon installation I found it to be making contact with my brand new drums and therefore was removed. As shown in the picture, I ordered and ultimately installed Rugged Ridge part#: 16752.18 (the correct lever!!). As shown in another photo, the one included with this kit IS in fact larger than the correct fitting part, it extended approximately a quarter of an inch too far into the drum.Other than that, I found all of the other hardware to be both correct, made well and are functioning as they should. It included everything you need to re-build your drum brakes, both sides, and installed equal to OEM with that one exception.Because this incorrect component nearly damaged my other new parts and also because I had to spend additional money ordering the correct replacement lever, I have deducted two stars on their review.

All drum brake hardware fit a 95 Jeep wrangler
Note: need install the brake adjuster hardware correctly or lower adjuster arm will hang to low. Will not auto adjust the brakes and it can damage the drum. Were extra washers and shims didn't need. Seems like you never have enough hands to hold everything in place as you install the parts. Tips: take lots of pictures before you disassembly anything. Assemble the new brake shoes and hardware components on the ground. Wrap a ratcheting tie down around the brake shoes. Install on the axle, add the emergency brake bar and spring. Tighten the tie down. Install the remaining top, middle springs and adjuster parts. Can also use a C camp to hold the shoes in place and against the back plate if needed. Don't forget the washer and/or brake adjuster cable when installing the top springs. Otherwise like me you will have to do the spring dance again. Even if you have swapped out brakes before best to watch a couple of YouTube videos for tips and tricks. Good luck
