Absolutely love the look and quality of the motion lighted sconce. I purchased 2 of them and would love to get 2 more eventually. Very easy to install and so happy I found battery operated lights since I can't use solar powered sconces. We hung one on each side of our carport so that when we arrive home at night, the area is lit-up. I have them adjusted and set on the brightest setting and they stay on long enough allowing us time to get to the steps to turn on our porch lights.

I have an older house with no power to the front door. This lamp works great with batteries. It's a little smaller than most front door lamps so it might not be what you are looking for but it works great for me. Looks pretty good and comes on when someone walks up the walkway in the dark with a pizza.

Works well if you are looking for a quick, easy and painless installation light. It was super easy, just drill 2 holes, screw in mounting plate, attach light fixture with 2 more screws and done! Batteries are not included and it takes 4, C size batteries (for some reason the discription above mentions D) and there are 2 settings of the brightness of the light. I bought the 6500k light and it puts out a decent amount of light at my back door. Light looks exactly as pictured, is made of good quality and has a little weight on it (it doesn't look cheap at all). Motion sensor works pretty good but it doesn't have the furthest range of detection, I wouldn't say it's 30 feet as the box claims, which is ok being I only need it to see when I'm unlocking the door at night. Light stays on for about 30+ seconds or so and has sort of a cool LCD light glow. It worked for what I needed it for. I'll update the review after a few weeks to report if I have any battery issues like some of the other reviews mentioned... Over all it's a good buy*UPDATE* I purchased this in Aug. 2016, it is now February 2017 and this light is still working! I did notice that the light has dimmed a just little bit but I think it's due to the battery power running low after 6 months of use, so I will replace the batteries today. Overall still a good light and it's still shining brightly! Only complaint I have that is during a heavy rainstorm, I notice the sensor sometimes doesn't pick up movement if there are too many rain droplets on the sensor eye. Bottom line... I'm happy with my purchase, I recommend buying this light!

I would purchase many more of these lights if I needed to. Super bright and the sensor has a great range of picking up movement. Install was quite quick and self explanatory. I bought 2 lights to be on the outside of our dogs dog house. The look and style of the light is surprisingly up to date, and not to flashy. I now have to start buying lots of 4D batteries, I’d be happier if the lights were solar. So far so good. I’ll come back to share some photos with the light installed

Box was crushed (not the amazon box) so obviously it left the warehouse damaged glass was broken and motion sensor does not work light will turn on when you first put batteries in but will never turn on again unless you take batteries back out and reinstall them tried to take apart the light to see if i could find a glass pane that would replace the broken pane and all the Phillips screws to take light apart are striped out over all the light is poorly made and is junk thought it would be better quality since it was almost 40$

Love easy install, make sure you keep the c cell batteries on hand. Will see how long these will last. Packaged very well and I love the looks of these as they match my wired ones and I wanted something near my front step. Will order again if needed.

We purchased this to use out front of our house. We wanted a light out front and did not want to run power to the front porch. We live in a town house and like to have a light out front when we are coming home and its dark outside. One thing that does happen though is everytime a car drives by the light turns on. Still a great buy and looks great. May need to change batteries every three months or so if you live close to a street where there is traffic.
