Quality!
Finally found something that matches the description! These are very sturdy and appear to be well made. The paint is heavy and completely covers the bracket and should last for years. I have hanging baskets on them so they can withstand the weight. The screws provided weren't very long so I used my own.

Very strong
The brackets are very stong and sturdy but use you own screws, the baited ones are crap, when the heads weren't stripping they were shearing off.
