I noticed a change in recovery to sore muscles and lower back pain. In addition, my blood pressure dropped. Care should be exercised if taking blood pressure medication with this product. I monitor mine daily as I have been taking BP medication for almost 20 years. I have been taking this product for only 30 days, so I feel like I need more time to evaluate product.

We feel more energize and better when we take it. For some reason some people don’t feel the effects been taking it for months now and I feel the difference when I stop taking it. I only take 2 pills a day but a Dr recommended 4 tablets a day. The only problem is I have to take it in the morning if I take it at night I can’t sleep that’s how good it works for me.

Added 8/29/13 - Well, I won't be buying this anymore. It started out costing $65 a bottle, which was a struggle for both husband and me to take, so he said, just buy it for you. But now it's $75 a bottle. I just can't justify that. I understand the concept, but they're going to have to do better on the price for me to afford it. I have been interested in Natural Health for almost 25 years and have tried many, many products over the years. This product is definitely one of my top two. Getting glutathione into the body is difficult and even when I was getting IV pushes for severe headaches, it only stays in the body for 36 hours. Very costly and not effective long term. Many doctors claim that if you take the precursors to glutathione such as NAC and others, it will up your levels. This is the only one that did it for me. I have Fibromyalgia and this has given me great relief from the muscle pain. That is a really big deal for me. I know that lots of folks are going to use this to amp up their workouts, but I'm just pleased to actually be out of pain. It did take some time, but I am probably a harder case than others. My 69 yr. old husband has also gotten more energy from taking this product. It was a noticeable improvement for him and that's saying a lot, when at that age, you don't think you're going to get more energy! This product will be a monthly purchase in our home for both of us. I've had issues with back and neck pain for many years. About 7 years ago I developed chronic bursitis in my shoulders to the point I couldn't lift my arms without severe pain. I've gone to specialists, chiropractors, acupuncture, message therapy, had steroid treatments and physical therapy. Nothing relieved the pain, and I ended up not being able to take NSAIDs. I started taking Max-GXL about 3 years ago, and finally all my muscle and joint pain subsided. I quit taking them after a year of being pain-free, but 6 months later the pain returned. I decided to try Cellgevity and it works just as well as the Max-GXL. It also boosts energy and my immune system. I personally don't see a huge difference between the effects of Max-GXL and Cellgevity, but I prefer the small doses of the latter. This product works great as an anti-inflammatory for those who have a sensitivity to NSAIDs.
