Sooooo good.
I’m a 25 yr old girl who is not of this ethnicity at all. A friend of mine who was Vietnamese used to make this for me at her house, I went hunting this stuff down cause I missed how good it was with rice and soy sauce. Simple yet amazing!!! Love it it’s delicious.

I put them on top of my rice in the rice cookers yummy. I just wish they weren’t so expensive. You can get them at half the price at Asian markets in Orlando, but then I’d have to drive 30 minutes.

A Hawaii favorite
Perfect goes great on hot rice or in ramen (saimin if your from Hawaii like me). Recipe option for topping baked fish like salmon. Place salmon on foil. Top with mixture of mayonaise Chinnese sausage, ginger,garlic, green onions and imatation crab. cover with the foil and bake for 45 minutes

Sweet and Delicious!
My folks would treat us kids with this Chinese sausage from time to time, and it's delicious. For decades I couldn't find it, then I tripped over it here at Amazon and went bananas! It's the same sweet sausage we gobbled up when we were little. Thank the gods for Amazon-- where we can find nearly everything in the world at our fingertips, at this unbelievably unique general store.
