Giant Loop FTB-GRAY Fandango Tank Bag - 10 Liter Capacity

I had my reservations about this product mainly due to the price, but all those reservations went away when I received it. This tank bag is very well constructed with quality materials and will definitely last a very long time.The loops and straps made it easy to mount to my motorcycle in minutes.My favorite feature has to be the side zippers. Open just one zipper and you can lean the bag aside in order to fuel up your bike. Open both zippers and you can take your bag with you!

I was excited to have this bag delivered as I had just purchased a new-to-me CB500X and the bag from my previous bike wouldn't work on it. This is a rather tough bike to fit a tank bag to if you're looking for something a little wider than the average Enduro-stole bag and the Fandango for really well. I really like most of the features of the bag - seems plenty water resistant as is, decent sized map pocket, easy mounting. It even looked good on the bike (not the most important consideration but a nice benefit). However I am returning it because of the side zippers that attach it to the harness. The images I found online showed a single, U-shaped zipper running around the rider side of the base but this bag has two separate zips - one per side. The difference is, at a fuel stop you unzip one side and flip the bag over to gain access to the filler. Sounds great, right? The problem isn't the zipping but getting the two zipper halves together to rezip when you're done. It's a giant PITA, in my opinion, as there's no room to get one's finger(s) on the back side of the harness side zip to "stand it up" so the two halves can be joined and allow for zipping. After playing with this set up for a bit I decided I wasn't going to be able to tolerate it. Lots of my riding involves 2 or 3 fuel stops in a day and by the third one this annoyance will have escalated to a big deal in my mind. The U-shaped zipper system in the pics I found would be much better, IMO.

I had this tank bag on my bike the day I had a crash. In it was an iPad mini and my tollway transponder. The bike sat outside for nearly a month in all weather while I recovered. When I finally got back to the bike, my iPad was bone dry and worked perfectly.It's not pretty, but it's built like a tank.

Access to fuel tank is great, bag is great, though I wish it had more storage or was expandable.

After using this Tank Bag for a few thousand mile Is am happy. No complaints, spacious, great integrity, Quality and value.

Best Enduro bag. So much thought and tech was put into this bag. Worked flawlessly on my trip.
