Product was fine but cans were dented and sticks were broken

They were perfect from the first bite. Crispy, creamy and beyond delicious.

I used to love this stuff when I lived in Europe. Now I was excited to see it here on Amazon, but the batch I got was broken into pieces and tasted stale and expired to be honest. And of course it is not returnable…

Bought these for precisely one reason. The Papadopoulos name. I convinced my son they were made by the German footballer Antonios Papadopoulos. They're not, but we got a good chuckle out of it anyway. This is back when he played for Dortmund and still had cool hair. Not sure what happened after that, but the wafers are good.

I absolutely love this specific one.. I have tried multiple brands but this one is the perfect flavour! I love it!

All of the sticks in both cans were broken to pieces. I made a large order of multiple items that all arrived on the same day, all but these came in a big box with safe packaging; these however came in a seperate bag. Im still eating them but I am displeased.

If you are familiar with this product you know just how delicious this is. The wafers i got were very fresh, which is really the most important thing. When you order these read the description carefully, they are the smaller tin of 250g. My local international market used to stock these wafers in 400g tins for the same price these are sold... However, they have since stopped carrying the product and I had difficulty finding it elsewhere so I was willing to pay. Especially since the sipping is free. They do take a long time to arrive, but you already know that when you get your arrival estimate. Mine made it here within the estimation window (a little over the mid-date). I wish the packaging was sturdier. Mine was just a padded envelop with both tins wrapped in thinner bubble wrap. One of the tins took a beating and was bent towards the bottom. That did break some wafers, but they tasted great just the same. Would be a bummer if i was planning on giving it out or serving it to guests. Unless I find another local store carrying these, I may be ordering them again.
