This sofa throw is so gorgeous and so SOFT!! The colors and the weave are clean and bright, and excellently made. I got the multicolored one because I slip cover my sofas ( stretch velvet) and change the colors through the seasons and all my pillows will go with it. I have owned several chenille throws and they have to be treated with care because of the weave and the fibers, and they last for years with care. The care is no different than for any knitted garment. I saw a review that had a picture of a "flub" or "worn" area. But that is the beauty of chenille or indeed, ANY knitted item. If people don't like that look then they should just get those tin foil space blankets instead. Like 100% linen they age into oh so soft throws that feel like hugs on those cold, rainy, snowy days.

Purchase in 2021, and the fabric and color are still beautiful. Washable, value for the money, warmth, breathable. Just love the fall colors

This is a lovely addition to our sofa or bed. Hubby and I argue over who gets to snuggle up in it during rainy evenings...we watch the rain and drink our tea and snuggle in soothing softness!

The blanket is soft and really pretty BUT it sheds big time.

Sad to say I would most definitely NOT recommend this throw. In fact, I’m stunned at all the positive reviews that really threw me.While I was so very happy to find the right color, upon first use, it was a surprise and great disappointment to see the weave was SO very loose that it immediately pulled so very easily. I’m talking about pulls everywhere, both big and small. And it’s very lightweight. And that was day one…Now, astonished, only a few days after that, I’m suddenly wondering what are all these surprising dust bunnies everywhere — on my pants and all over the floor? Oh! Aghast. It’s the throw?!While I think I remember having read something about loose hairs or pilling in reviews somewhere, I had zero idea. Certainly, I never fully understood the true extent of the problem. After just a few days of use there’s a thick film of fuzz all over the entire surface that’s very, very easily coming off — and on to everything…. But mayve that’s not a problem if there’s little to no real use?Again, I would NOT buy this throw, sadly. I use my throw daily. Sad to say I didn’t save the packaging for return. It’s enough to lament necessary ordinary dust or dust bunnies from pug hair, when shedding. But this? No….Whew. What a waste! Sadly, it’s only destination is the TRASH!!!
