How tall is the pot plus the plant?

Approximately 6" overall. We took the plant out of the pot it came in and put soil in acup and saucer with, then added the plant. Looks very nice mixed in with my real plants on the window sill. Hope this helps and gives you ideas too!

Can you remove the herbs from the pot it comes in

The pot is filled with foam which definitely will not come out in one piece. The herbs are then stuck firmly into the foam. However, if you pulled hard enough you can certainly pull the herb stems from the foam.

is the plant plastic?

The greenery is plastic and the flowers have a velvety feel to them.

Do these pots sit lopsided? In the picture, they look crooked.

Mine sit squarely on the shelf without rocking, but the pots do look crooked ... definitely not symmetrical. I don't mind that; in fact, I like the rough finish and "hand-made" appearance.
