Been giving these to my 7 yr. old for a while now. She is able to swallow them no problem. She also takes a high quality gummy multi-vitamin and gummy probiotic and occasional extra vit D gel caps. She has not been sick once this entire year. Not even a cold. I also believe these help support eye and brain function. We ran out for a while and I could see a difference in her focus. So we make sure to always have them on hand now and she takes 1 every night before dinner.

I bought these for my teen daughter as we follow the Biology of Behavior program by Dianne Craft. My child can swallow capsules, one at a time, but highly prefers these soft gels and has been able to swallow two of them at once lately. She says they are slippery and it makes them easier to swallow. After about two weeks, she reported to me (very enthusiastically) that her skin has cleared up tremendously and she had no acne at all anymore. This was a pleasant and welcome surprise for her! She does report fishy tasting burps on occasion, but it’s nowhere near daily and isn’t enough for her to refuse taking them.

This oil blend was recommended to us by a well known children's behavior specialist. Good blend of oils, but we get fishy burps after consuming the caplets. Nice small size is great for kids who need smaller things to swallow.
