Love me some Kenneth Copeland, and this great book is no exception! It's a mini-book, and I used it to understand why I gained back the 40 pounds that I lost. It explained and more. It opened up an entirely new area to me in the Lord that I had never attended to, yet struggled with for years. After reading this little book, I am now getting victory in areas that I have NEVER gotten victory in before!

This book is an excellent teaching for new believers. I'm reading this a second time because a refresher is always helpful to make sure we are living according to God's Word.

I recommend to read any and every thing out of Bro Kenneth or Mrs Gloria Copeland. It’s always taught in a way that you can put it into use. This book is no different. Time to get rid of those things that have been holding you down.

Its life changing if you let it. As Kenneth Copeland teaches meditate on what he is saying. Review the scriptures. You will be changed.

I would recommend this book to anyone who understands that they need to bring their flesh under control but is struggling with it. This book has made me actually realise the importance of renewing my mind! If you want to begin defeating the devil, who uses your flesh to keep you in bondage, then this book will kickstart you in the right direction. There needs to be much more resources, like this, available teaching people to discipline their flesh.

I really enjoyed this book very much, as it gave very good explanations. I haven't found anything similar that covers the topic so well. Biblical and well worth a read.

Short and to the point! Very encouraging read. I would highly recommend this book to any believer regarding of where you are in your walk.

Liked the clarity of the message , very direct and to the point , and easy to understand.Was pleased with the purchase however it's a bit of a short read
