This is a great way to get protein with the chalking taste of a powder.

I tried this product because I had bariatric surgery and needed a certain amount of protein per day. This has been a great source of protein and energy, it has 20 grams of protein per bottle and only 90 calories per bottle. You can drink it on the run or before a workout. It comes in several flavors its not fizzy so it makes it very easy to swallow. Its not chalky and has no weird smell. What I also love is its gluten-free and lactose-free, no artificail sweetners and they use a green coffee bean to give you energy. If you dont want the energy then they have several other options as well. Its well worth the price and you can have the convenience to set up auto delivery to save more money. I drink this everday and do not get tired of it, it tastes great and the flavors are true to what they say. Highly recommend it for some great protein.

I work as an interpreter and translator during the day, a certified personal trainer and Hapkido instructor in the evenings and I was interpreting a nutritionist consult for a cancer patient when I learnt about this. The cancer patient didn't like Ensure and was not drinking it, I don't like milkshake proteins either and I've consumed other hydrolized protein such as IsoPure lemonade but I found the powder proteins gritty, unappetizing and most importantly, I have autoimmune thrombocytopenia (low platelets) and aspartame kills platelets which is contained in most protein powders. I've noticed the sweetener depends on the flavor, some use stevia, some use suclarose but either way, no aspartame. Protein is crucial for not only muscle but t-cell production which protects the body and is vital but as a size 2 woman, I struggle to down a lot of protein. I drink two of these a day, (1 energy one during my morning workout, 1 electrolyte one before my evening workout) and can't live without it. I give it out to maintenance people, delivery drivers and friends hoping that it will boost business because I need this company to last my lifetime.

I like ordering the variety pack with cherry lemonade and blue raspberry in it, but I've also tried the strawberry watermelon and cotton candy flavors. The blue raspberry is the best to me, but all the flavors do leave a bit of a chalky taste afterwards. Sometimes I finish this drink and then have some water afterwards lol. But they do help get more protein in during the day and I like the varieties with caffeine included to give me an energy boost around lunchtime. I love these more than any dairy protein shake alternative and even with the chalky taste I will continue buying and recommending them. It does taste like the cherry lemonade recipe was changed when the label was changed. Idk if that's true but it tastes different to me now. Still tastes good just more of a cherry flavor when before it felt like more of the lemon came through.

THIS... Is Protein2o Whey Protein Infused Water Plus Energy and it has quickly turned into my go-to drink for energy and protein. At a cost you can fall in love with and a flavor to match... Is this the perfect performance drink? First off... this product kinda sounds like a fake product... 15g protein, 120mg caffeine, AND only 2 carbs? I would assume this to be a $3+ drink and to be shoveling out my money into the furnace but at $1.65 per drink at MSRP or $1.40 per drink if subscribing to Amazon for them... THIS IS AWESOME! The flavor is amazing, my wife sometimes says she can taste a milky aftertaste flavor from the whey if the drink is warmer but I personally have never tasted it. the variety pack comes in two flavors and I like them both equally and find them equally refreshing. There really isn't a reason to not buy this product... want some energy? This is a cheaper energy drink WITH protein. Want some protein? What about some energy with it? You really just can't lose with this product, and I find the 120mg of caffeine to be great after a workout to keep me from being too fatigued on leg day to live. I really wish I found this product sooner and this was the first product I ever subscribed to on Amazon because I KNOW I will be consuming these faster than they are shipped. My only complaint is that they don't sell them in 24 packs or larger so I can stock up on them. This is a MUST BUY!!!

Was a really good product to help you wake up in the morning. Plenty of caffeine.. helps me wake up and does not have cramps in my legs like Coffee sometimes. I don’t recommend this product at the price level. It is now..

I love the protein content, the taste is good, you get your electrolytes, so a one two punch , it’s a bit pricey but will buy again , I bought the cotton candy and the variety, better than protein shakes any day!
