Jarbo has has saved my printing budget. My HP printer recognizes and tells me that I am not using an HP ink cartridge but once I click that I acknowledge this, it prints normally. For those who might say that these cartridges leak, I would say, once you take the tab off of the hole that the ink comes out if, just install the cartridge, don't turn the cartridge upside down. Problem solved. I have never had a drop of ink drip or spill. They are as tidy as HP cartridges. If I was printing photos for a photo album I might swap out the color cartridges for HP ones as the color can be a bit off, but for color printing for daily, use Jarbo saves so much money that I could not care less.

UPDATED REVIEW: The company reached out to me and offered to send another set of cartridges. I was wary at first but finally accepted. THE SECOND SET OF CARTRIDGES ARE AMAZING. I had zero issues installing them - I just popped them into the printer, the printer immediately accepted them, and I was able to start printing without problems. I'm not sure what went wrong with the first set, but I'm starting to believe it was operator error (meaning I messed up!) The cartridges work great, but I really wanted to update my review based on the customer service. They tried to send me new cartridges (or a refund) for over 3 months before I decided to try. So please - purchase without worrying, they will take care of you. 10 STARS. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.ORIGINAL REVIEW:These cartridges were initially accepted by my Officejet Pro 8600. I was able to print a “test page” when my computer hooked up to the printer. When I tried to print a regular document, I received an error message that “something is wrong with the ink system, please turn off the printer and turn it back on”. When I turned it back on I got the same message. After trying a couple more times I opened up the ink bay door. A bunch of ink had leaked all over the inside of the ink cartridge dock. I tried wiping up the ink and repeating the process, but it didn’t work and ink continued to leak out.I’be had this printer for many years and never had a problem with genuine cartridges. I was really hoping these would work. They did not work for me and I do not recommend them.

Here I thought just Wal-Mart had the ONN replacement cartridges for HP 950XL, 951sXL- well - I was wrong. Half the time Wal-Mart was out of stock.Arrived timely- and so far so good- as good of quality as the HP and ONN- but better price- and I can order right from the Amazon App.For those living under a rock- Amazon Prime- is where it’s at- so many perks- for a good price- including all the shows on Amazon Prime Video- which has now surpassed NetFlix in my Opinion.Just my 2 cents- or rather 1.5 cents since I’m CDN- ( but at heart American- always been)- so until I become an AmericAn Citizen - you’ll need to discount my 2 US cents by the CDN exchange rate.But overall great buy- and I’m thinking of just flipping to all HP Printers with the Jarbo Ink Replacement Cartridges for our business offices as well. Tough to beat- and the days of the huge Xerox machines may be long gone- at least for small business.I’ve got the HP 8630( home office), 8710( for sales agents for cars- printing out contracts ) and the HPe476( for one of the offices)Giddy Up Jarbo and Amazon!

We have been using Jarbo replacement ink cartidges for years. Our HP printer will supply an Informational Message stating that a non-HP cartridge is being used, but if you simply ignore the message, the cartridges fit and perform just like OEM. We also have had cartridges for colors we don't frequently use stored for over a year after purchase and they still work perfectly. Save your money and buy Jarbo replacement cartridges.

So far these cartridges are working great. Once installed, the printer advised they were not genuine HP and there might be printing quality issues. Hit OK and everything has worked great so far. However, there is definitely no guarantee with anything, so a different cartridge for an Epson printer did not fare so well. All the color cartridges worked great, but one black did not work at all. Installed the other black and that one is working well. Considering the cost savings, I think it's worth the risk.

I bought a cartridge where the color didn't work. When the company read my complaint, they immediately offered me a new cartridge, a refund, or an Amazon Gift Card. I took the card bc even thought the color doesn't work, the black ink still works fine. I was highly satisfied with the immediate, friendly and professional response. I will try this company again when I have to refill my ink cartridge bc not only is their price the lowest on Amazon, but they actually read their customer reviews and respond accordingly. 5 stars for business practice, and willingness to correct faulty products.

So far so good, no issues installing on my office jet 8610. Only gave a warning that quality could not be guaranteed. However, the pages I printed have been no different than with hp cartridges..print quality is on par. If these stay consistent, they will be my new ink brand.

Purchased this cartridge for my HP officejet Pro 8610. Not only did it come quickly and as described by the seller, but the print quality was amazing. In the past, I've purchased the originals at Costco at double the price. After many printouts, the quality is great. I would definitely recommend this cartridge and would have no worries of the print quality.

It came with 2 black ink, magenta and cyan. So it was useless since my printer won't print without the yellow. Why would you send a set of ink cartridges with 2 blacks? I should've checked it first before I started changing depleted inks. Now I couldn't even return it. My bad for trusting its the right set I needed.

First time ordering these as a replacement. Previously had my cartridges refilled at Costco as new ones are ridiculously expensive. Overall I am very pleased with the cost and performance and easier and cheaper than getting the old ones refilled. They were easy to install with simple instructions provided. Recommended.

I was hesitant to buy these inexpensive cartridges but am glad I did. When first installed I received a message that it was not an authentic HP cartridge, simply hit the OK button and it worked flawlessly and has since. They work as good as the original HP and are so much less expensive. The packaging is also impressive and shows they have pride in the product.
