Have only tried the original Mike's Hot Honey, don't find it hot. This one definitely brings the burn I was looking for, excellent on pizza.

It's got the right amount of warmth to be used in cooking or tea; the honey is a clover/wildflower blend so pretty standard there and they use habanero peppers. It's a good deal better than Mike's and probably the best one I've bought online. though you might find something better at you local farmer's market.
