Great fun game. Very like the one I had as a kid in the 80s. The batsman was broken on arrival but the seller was fantastic and sent a new one immediately. Great service, thanks!

Great table top game - a real blast from the past. Major difference from the original game is that the bowling is different - ball is now 'thrown' rather than rolled and is much more difficult and problematic for it. The boundary is now a rope that velcros down and the ball will go over and roll onto the floor and can easily get lost. The original version had plastic strips that fully held the ball in play. Both these do make this lesser and not as good as the original - but still fun nonetheless.

My son loved this for Christmas. Worth the money. My father in law passed away a few years earlier in the same house and we were playing with it on Christmas Day with our young son having a laugh. My son bowled and a sound of a ball being dropped came from the room above and bounced across the floorboards. Checked upstairs and nothing, no ball. We all definitely heard it. So how’s that for a recommendation from beyond the grave. Don’t be spooked. We were glad he joined in on Christmas Day I’ll never forget it and feel it was a happy moment.

As other reviews, the batsman doesn't work straight out of the box. Is there anyway to get a replacement batsman sent?

Very impressed bought this gift as a birthday present for my manager/friend 37 year old male! I was a little concerned he may have thought this very childish but he absolutely loved it! My mum bought One for my nephews Christmas presents but my brother and his father in law were the ones who played it. (Wouldn’t let the kids play haha) So if you are concerned it may be childish it’s not for people of all ages as a say 37 year old male loved it and a 45 year old male and 70+ Male loved this game! 12 year old boy did when the adults let him play 😂! Fun for all ages a sort of subbuto for cricket very retro takes you back in time. Also I was too tight to pay for delivery for my boss but it came early so came on his birthday Very impressed well worth the money

Absolutely brilliant! A Christmas present for my son and he’s loved it - and so have I! 😁We’ve been playing every day. It’s expensive - maybe it should be a bit cheaper - but I had this game as a kid and my son is now enjoying it as much as I did. I’m so glad we bought this - it’s a wonderful family game. And HUGE thanks to the sellers, Best Price Trading. The base was missing on one of the fielders. I phoned them up and a replacement arrived the next day - fantastic, polite and super quick customer service. Thank you!

Great game although I've played the older version where the bowler was a different design and I think that is a lot better then the current one The seller was fast and efficient
