El aparato comenzó funcionando bien por alrededor de 2 meses, luego comenzó a apagarse y ahora solo la vueltas en un mismo lado y se apaga, como si registrara que esta encerrado sin poder salir. He limpiado los sensores como indican y toda la máquina la he limpiado en su totalidad y sigue con el mismo problema. Como pasó el tiempo de devolución no puede devolverlo y por tanto es dinero perdido en menos de 3 meses de uso.

This is a great little vacuum, cleans very well. Great suction, very thorough. I love that it has fall detection (stairs) and is good to go around objects. It's very easy to maintain and clean. I've had 10 Months of great use.--# SupportHowever, the last month this thing will no longer clean. It tries for 5-10 minutes then returns to its base. It goes on the base, then leaves, and returns again it until it dies. Waiting on assistance from support. As much as I was impressed by this product, it doesn't mean much if I only get 10 months out of it. Just contacted support today, will let you know how I make out.

It worked well initially but then it was downhill from there. At first it stopped charging, then a month later it started charging again. Then there were numerous other issues. I reached out to the manufacturer during the product support window but got no response. This was a disappointing purchase. Especially because I recommended it others after using it for a couple of months.

It definitely does the job and vacuums your floors and carpets pretty well. I also like the mop feature so that my floors look nice and clean. It goes randomly everywhere so it can miss certain parts and then overdue certain others. What I really like is that I don’t have to be vacuuming myself but you have to be there because sometimes it gets stuck in an area. For the price it is really good.

Does a good job. Battery life is good. As good as my other more expensive brand. Beautiful and quality. The square part looks good and goes in the corners easily. Thanks!

This little robot vacuum is just the thing for everyday cleaning, does a super job, even in the corners. It picks up everything, and does the carpets!Very happy with it. One comment, wish it had a memory, it goes back to clean the same place a few times in its routine, but I can live with it.Haven’t had it long enough to judge battery life, but it’s doing a good job for now.A friend also purchased same vacuum and simply loves it.So overall seems like this a good buy!
