How does Amazon store this product? Are they refrigerated or do they sit in the hot warehouses for a while before shipping?

O don't know how Amazon stores it but it was delivered to the complex office by DHL or some other 3rd party and the front office misplaced it and said there were no packages for me. I was initially only told it was delivered....but to where? Prior to receiving, i had to order a similar product from Whole Foods because even though I'm a prime member and initially thought I would get it in 2 days the third party shipping pushed the order out 2 weeks. I can't really speak about refrigeration of the product since the delivery obviously dropped the ball by delivering to the complex office and not to my door as Amazon usually does. Disappointed in general. It did look like a good product and have not yet used it since I got the other product.

Does it ship with an ice pack ?
