Incomplete support site
The Start site (the only documentation supplied) neglects to inform user that a special dll must be loaded which is not shown and requires web fishing.

Seriously letdown
I have purchased Nooelec products before and recieved good quality items. This also applies to this item, however due to the fact that parts were missing means its full potential cannot be achieved.
