I live in las vegas and have had a lot of trouble growing veggies. would this bag bed stand up to the las vegas heat?

I have mine on the patio with a small awing over it. I'm in northeastern Texas by the Oklahoma border and the temperatures have been averaging 95 -104 degrees this summer. The heat has not affected the bags and I plan to buy more. :)

is it ok if i only use mels mix and nothing else in this BBB?

Yes but I add some compost to the beds when I replant them

how long are the bags spooked to last? how many seasons can you use them before they have to be thrown away?

I think they are good to last for long time. Mine was good for three seasons but when I moved from my house I couldn't move it becuse it was attached to the ground with all the plants roots in and out. But they are good to plant organic vegetable and fruits away from backyard soil
