One of the main reasons I bought this, was that it comes with a diffuser. The diffuser works well and helps to curl my only slightly wavy hair.The hairdryer itself is very good. The weight is fine, it's not too heavy. It feels nice quality and robust. The three power settings are great, I don't like hairdryers that are too hot, so tend to just use the lowest heat setting and occasionally the middle setting. The cool blast button actually feels cold.The buttons are easy to use for anyone who struggles with dexterity in their fingers, as the power button and heat buttons slide along rather than needed to be pressed or switched on. The cool blaster button needs to be pushed and held on to use it.The power settings are good, the top setting is very powerful, I don't often use the top setting as don't find I need it. It dries my hair much quicker than previous hair dryers I've had.The concentrater nozzle clips on easily and works well. The hairdryer power cord is a good length. I like that the hairdryer has a removable filter, it's surprising how much fluff gets in there.Overall I'm very pleased with this hair dryer and would recommend it.

I’ve had a hairdryer from babybliss and it lasted 5 years but I just wanted something that was lighter. I bought the power smooth and it did not perform to my expectations. This hairdryer is perfect, it’s not too heavy, has two great speeds, the airflow is amazing, the cool shot is actually cold, which is so important for me, and the heat settings were perfect, the medium was warm and the high was hot. It dried my hair in less than ten minutes. It’s not too loud like my old hairdryer so it’s got a good noise level. The buttons are easy to use as well and don’t randomly switch to a different setting on accident. I definitely would recommend. This is such a beautiful hairdryer too it’s so chic. Get it whilst it’s on sale!!

It’s very lightweight and small which hand me worried but this hairdryer is really powerful and strong. I have super thick hair and this really helps reduce drying time.

Hairdryer is of quality. Size is small, not that bulky and big as others. In terms of weight, is quite heavy even if small. Noise, well, quite high I would say compared with others and have a few to compare with. The good part is that if you're a curly girl, the diffuser is big and bulky and easier to dry your hair and not ruin it while you are doing it. Also, this works with xtava diffuser (the best diffuser ever) - but only if you use some tape to fix it well from it. Be careful to do it well, otherwise, you don't want that to fall in your head. But the diffuser from it is absolutely fine as well. In terms of drying hair, does take a bit of time but I would say is faster than others. Anyways is taking me around half an hour to dry my lovely hair 😎 so this is a bit less but still around that time lol. Hair feels good after, don't have any problems or is not dry cause I am not using the highest warm setting. Always using cold or moderate heat. The hottest setting is very hot, the middle one is the best and at the end finishing by setting off with cold aer. I didn't had problems for it to break and I hope it won't. But then I am not using it all the time and I keep on switching it with other ones.

I've owned this hairdryer for almost 4 years and it is great. The highest power is very good, which was an essential criterion for me. The temperature steps are also perfectly calibrated, the lowest one is actually cold, the middle one is truly only warm, while the highest one is hot. The cooling button works very fast. I am impressed that even after 4 years, the lowest temperature setting has still managed to stay cool, while with other hairdryers it degraded over time and became too hot. I highly recommend this product for durability, high speed, and flawless temperature control.

Nice price, quality product,robust,well made,powerful, what more could you want ?(My last Babyliss lasted 7yrs & was used everyday, the brand speaks for itself!)Heat reg,hot/cold,cool blast all good here !

Brought this as it was time to upgrade to one with a uk plug as I have been using a travel plug adapter with a travel hairdryer for 4 years now... I know...I know just buy the damn thing!! instead of stuggling with the dodgy travel plug switching it on and off with every movement...Lucky it turned up when it did as I discovered that my indoor guinea pigs had mites so I did the quick dash down to the pet store to buy them out of insecticide shampoo and invermectin.. ( does not get rid of covid only parasites and mites on animals...not for human use!!) after many protests and piggies trying to escape the wrath of the shampoo and wash i get the Babyliss platinim out of the box. I must say it's definitly an upgrade, not that that was difficult. lightweight, lots of power, dried them furry wee beasties up in no time. It's also not as loud as some people have said it is, the piggies (after the initial shock of turning it on, and them trying to scramble up my arm) seemed to get use to the noise quickly and settle in to their blow dry, it doesn't get too hot to handle on the wee beasties ears....would say best hairdryer I have had in my adult life... but that's not saying much considering I put up with a travel hairdryer for 4 years that would cut out with any movement and my hair is as thick as a wolly mammoths so looking forward to giving this a go on myself when I can be bothered to actually wash and dry my hair.. considering this, the Piggies give it a 7/10 being that there are 7 of them they would recommend.

Great especially for long 3b-3c hair works amazingly and isn’t too heavy so won’t strain your wrist
