Cute house model
This was so much fun to build. If you have a nice place by the window to let the light shine through it, it also looks magical, or I guess you could put a light in it.

Needs glue
It was fun putting together, very easy instructions, my only problem was the pieces do not snap together and stay in place. I basically glued it together. The wood is very sturdy compared to other projects I did. I would recommend.

Built this with my girlfriend
I build this with my girlfriend a few months ago and we had so much fun, all pieces were accounted for and there were also some extras in case any pieces broke (which did happen btw). Some pieces are really small and you need a very sharp knife to be able to get them out of the wood plank. It was very fun to build though, also you WILL be needing that wood glue, trust me place glue everywhere, it just makes the house way more stable and harder for it to break apart.

Not all the pieces fit exact cause chips, cracks and some breaks.
Thank was close to to perfect except for a few flaws.Cons:The break point on some pieces wasn’t enough and ended up pulling apart the wood. See image. Happened on quite a few about half way in. So there are a few exposed and some cracked because of this. The wall on the right side was bowed out a bit not allowing the decking to fit in. Because of this the piece shatter while putting it in and is now unusable. The pressure from the wall cracked the decking. The wood is very thing causing it to be. Bit fragile. If you’ve never done one of these be very careful punching them out and handling them. The glue is nice but would have been better had it been a small bottle instead of this make shift pack. During shipping the temp change causes back pressure and when cut open, it popped and went every where! I didn’t use all of it even after most came out.The pros:Detail is great! It actually looks good. Would look amazing had a few pieces not broken or splintered. Makes me sad the detail it is missing because of this.It is pretty sturdy once put together. It took only about 30-40 minutes to put together. A few pieces didn’t fit exact and had to sand a little to get a few in. Others chipped, cracked, even broke. After all was said and done, I don’t know if I can use it because of the detail issues. If i got it again i would use my exact-o knife to cut them out instead. Someone that isn’t a perfectionist would love this with the minor flaws it has.I’m not sure if anyone else had these issues. If you can get past subtle flaws it is worth the time, money and effort!

Garden House A - A-OK!
After purchasing the trebuchet kit for my wife, I felt compelled to get the Garden House A kit. While it may be for ages 12+, it was still something of a challenge for me as an adult. But not in a bad way.First, the construction. I never once felt frustrated with the parts. There are some parts in this kit, such as the window frames and deck rails, which are very delicate and should be removed carefully. Fortunately they are laser cut so fine that there's only a few small points where they're joined to their sprue boards. Some parts had extremely tight tolerances with their slotting (such as the chimney), but a couple of light passes with an emery board solved that problem. In fact, the tolerances were so good that for the majority of this model you don't need any of the supplied glue. The only places I would recommend glue would be the windows, stairs, deck supports (on the front under the deck), and the back door steps just to be sure. Everything else goes together tight enough that tension is all you need. There were moments during the build that I thought it would come right apart in my hands, but it never did. Once you have the walls and floor together, it stands up nicely and you can immediately see the strength. The instructions, while in both Korean and English, use written language sparingly. In fact, the majority of the instructions are all visual, using a pretty standard series that repeats: Find parts to use, assemble the first half, assemble the second half. When recommended, gluing is labeled on that step. The only tools I recommend you have on hand for this are some fine-point tweezers (some parts are very small), an emery board, and possibly an Xacto knife. The knife is optional but may come in handy for some pieces that are stubborn to get off the board. And if you're feeling adventurous, there is a hole in the bottom of the model for you to wire up LEDs. The one problem I ran into with this is that the plastic for the windows is tinted orange and is dark enough to knock down a 2x2 array of off-the-shelf LEDs to near nothing. So you might want to consider putting something with a little more punch inside if you're going to light it.If you're looking for a nice challenge that will keep you busy for a couple of hours, then you could worse than try this model.

Completely trash! Flimsy!!!
Pieces came already cracked. And pieces that came in tact shattered as you tried to pop them out it is complete trash! A huge waste of money. i bought my husband 3 different kinds of wooden puzzles. The other two were in excellent shape and easy to put together. They took sone time, one in fact took 4 hours 2 people doing it together. It turned out fantastic, but this kit was AWFUL! To thin of wood. Just too fragile. Shame because we saved it for last because it looked so neat. Talk about a HUGE disappointment! Save your money.
