Holeeeey socks, these are wonderful
I almost hesitate to write this review because they'll likely raise the price on this. But...I've only had this Tranesca bluetooth adapter for my QC15 about a week. I don't like to write reviews but I felt I absolutely must write, these are that good.First, my Bose QC15 headset became 'obsolete' a few years ago when a new iPhone (forget which model) came with a lightning port only. Reluctantly I stopped using the QC15 and left it in the garage collecting dust in it's case. Then, family bought me a set of Apple Air Pods (The in ear little white bluetooth phones). Worked great for about a year until they went through a washer/dryer cycle in the pocket of my jeans and that was that. So, they graciously bought me another set of Air Pods about 5 months ago. Last month, THEY went through a cycle in the washer. But, they survived somehow but I realized I needed to replace them for yard work and just leave them in the bedroom and never keep them in my jeans. So, researched this adapter and bought it based on the reviews. So far the battery life has been great. I have used them about 3 hours a day without them dying and they seem to recharge quickly. Some have said they seem 'cheap'. Nope, quality is right on for this type unit and they look great and are nice and light and even fit in the QC15 case while attached to the QC15.The volume! Wow, when I first plugged them in to charge and connect to BTooth, I could hear my radio program through the QC15 while it was on the bench in front of me. I usually run this at about 25% volume on my iPhone and that is plenty while mowing. I have the feeling they would really blast music when wide open.I have not used any of the buttons on this adapter as I just use this to listen to internet radio while I mow and do yard work so adjust the volume on the iPhone only. I have no idea if the buttons on this adapter will adjust the volume. So anyway, it's wonderful to be able to use the QC15's again and I highly recommend this adapter. I am most definitely not a paid reviewer and I totally paid for this unit myself.

Surprisingly good sound and pairing works well.
TLDR: Worked great, BT pairing is simple, sound is as good as wired. con: volume/track button control isnt great. Overall, I'm satisfied.Like most of you, my phones and tablets have all migrated to Bluetooth. I've had my QC15 for close to 10 years and still love them. I've tried a few other brands, but the QC15's light weight & comfort cannot be matched. And the sound has always been very good. But wired connections are disappearing. So on Black Friday, I purchased refurb'ed Bose QC35 and am fairly happy with them. Really nice BT pairing, sound is good, not quite as comfy. Then, a few days ago I stumbled across the Transeca QC15 BT adapter and I had to try them. I was shocked, LOL, I had no idea an aftermarket QC15 BT solution wass available and for $30, it was worth a try. When they arrived, (impressively and securely packaged) I charged them up and read thru the included instructions. I have to give Transeca credit, they appear to be very customer-centric, quoting Sam Walton, guaranteeing 24 hour response, 12 month free replacement. But the payoff happened with I plugged in the adapter into my QC15s. The BT paring was simple. I tried a few of my favorite rock songs and a couple of loud & high-paced action scenes. The sound was excellent. I couldn't tell the difference between the wired and BT connection. so for amy main critique is the volume/track button. it is a rocker switch, and controls both functions. A quick press jumps to the next track and a longer press changes the volume. I haven't been able to control the volume effectively. I end up skipping tracks or the volume jumps up/down too much. I'm using the controls on my phone instead. Also, the buttons are a bit undersized. So far, no regrets. I'm glad to have the option to use my QC35 and get some additional use from my QC15. I haven't had a chance to test battery life yet but will update when I do.

Pretty standard for a cheap bluetooth adapter
If you're looking for the cheapest bluetooth adapter for the Bose QC15 on Amazon, you've found it.Summary:Pretty typical bluetooth performance. Terrible call microphone quality.Sound:I'm not too impressed by the QC15's sound in the first place but I feel like this device doesn't alter your audio other than anything standard bluetooth audio typically takes away.Battery:This device would last me idk 4-5 hours if i had to guess. Something like it wouldn't last a whole work day but long enough to not be annoying. Same thing with charging — pretty typical i guess.Call quality:Everyone I've called through these headphones said it sounded like I was far away from the microphone and I was hard to hear. Given that, I don't even know if the microphone works. Everyone over the phone sounded fine to me and pickup worked fine. Turning the bluetooth headset off automatically hangs up the call which is annoying. So, if you are really banking on using these for answering calls, I would strongly recommend looking for another product.Extra:I wish the charge port was on another side since the first time I plugged it in, the plastic device strained a little bit without me bracing the opposite side.I don't mess with the volume buttons on the device since, literally having a device that makes these headphones compatible with my Iphone with minimal audio differences is the biggest reason for this purchase. I'm satisfied. However, Ive seen $10 bluetooth adapters perform the same if not better on other headphones. So, even though this is probably the cheapest bluetooth adapter for the QC15, It's still a little bit overpriced. I can't argue though. Just saying.
