I've been taking Curcumin over a year and it's been helpful for my body. My skin had been looking beautiful and my memory got better.

I like everything about this product as the packaging is great, the absorption I feel is very good and it's easy to take. Will be a regular product I order.

Turmeric and ginger are great anti inflammatory products and help reduce joint pain. These capsules are small and easy to take, and you get a 6 month supply. They are non-gmo and free from artificial colors and flavors. I do take these with a healthy fat to help with absorption. I do wish they contained black pepper to further increase benefits of the turmeric. I have experienced no stomach upset or aftertaste from using these.

I take turmeric literally every day to help with my joint pains. It definitely makes a difference. It is my understanding however that when taking turmeric it should also have black pepper or black pepper byproduct to help it absorb into your body. There is some debate, as with every other issue out there, if you really need the black pepper or not. Most tend to lean towards “yes” so that’s what I go with. This product does not have it incorporated into it like many other products do. For me personally that is a drawback. If this is not important to you then give us product to try. Besides that one fact it seems like a good product. This one also includes ginger in it as well.

I have been using turmeric for many years to help with inflammation. I like this that this turmeric also comes with ginger powder which makes it more effective for me. But because of the added ginger, the turmeric in the capsules appears to be a muddy yellow instead of a bright orange/yellow that you usually see. I like that this bottle contains 180 capsules. Each recommended serving size is 1 capsule which means that this 1 bottle is a 6 month supply. However, I'd like to take 2 a day so it is actually a 3 month supply for me. Another nice thing about this is that it does not contain any dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish shellfish, yeast, soy, gluten, or corn. It is also non GMO. This turmeric also comes in smaller sized capsules than the norm, so it is easier to swallow than the larger capsules, too. I like nearly everything about this product. Usually when you purchase turmeric they only give you a month supply. For the quality and the amount you get this is great. The only thing that would be better is if the turmeric was organic like the ginger.

I started taking turmeric supplements to ease some joint pain in my fingers. After taking these capsules for less than a week I began to experience some relief. They are fairly easy on my stomach whether I take them with food or not. And they don't leave an aftertaste. For a six-month supply, I think this price is fantastic. This Nature's Lab turmeric is a really excellent value. Even doubling up dosage (2 pills a day) this provides 3 months worth of turmeric for only $15. Getting a US-made supplement at this price is quite a surprise, and the combination of turmeric powder, extract, and ginger root is perfect. This one is on top of my list for future re-orders.
