My skin breaks out easily and often. This keeps my skin in check. I stopped using it for two days to try out other products and I broke out. I’ll definitely keep using this, I just wish someone would mix all my skin products into one cuz I’m also taking this for the glutathione, amongst many other concoctions for other areas of concern.This is the only product that keeps my acne in check- coconut oil just makes acne worse. This is nice and it’s not overly moisturizing like most products are so I can use it with my other serums without being greasy, overly moist, slick and have to wait around for a couple hours for everything to soak in. It’s a great addition.

Wow! Have been using this gel for a couple of weeks and it works as advertised. After it is thoroughly absorbed, you do need to apply a fairly heavy cream. Have noticed that my crow’s feet lines and under eye lines are fading!!!

This product is quite amazing. It feels a little sticky as applying but dissipates after a short time. My face looks so much younger and blemishes seem to have lightened. I now have this on an auto-ship.

Had a cut on the leg not too bad. I can’t say this was a wonder drug and helped it healed quickly etc. cut healed at its normal pace. I don’t think this is my antibiotic of choice if I really need wound care. Just my opinion.

High quality gel base that is easy to spread and absorbs quickly. Healing and disinfecting properties of the rich Silver content is very effective. The pump in the lid was totally non-functional but it is no problem to squeeze it out of the jug. Get the 15 Oz. size. You will not regret it.
