Product shipped & arrived as advertised. I like the metal sprayer way better than the plastic. Washed my car in half the time (I wish !!) recommended.

Not "heavy-duty", cheap
This was not "heavy-duty" as stated. It is very light weight, cheap Chinese junk. Go to Wal-Mart and get one for half the price. Not worth the trouble to return.

Leaks
Great for washing the car, nice settings. But it leaks. Got my glasses all wet, lol. I only use it to wash my car every so often, so it's fine.

Works good. Although the regular water spray works better as it has the piston which can be easily pressed and released and it takes few more seconds with this one to shut it off. But no worries, this things is built to last.
