Doesn’t run down your face
Benefit liquid eye liner is my absolute favorite. I have major problems with eye liner running down my face - nearly every one I’ve tried! Benefit eye liner does not run. It goes on easily with one stroke, dries, and stays put. Highly recommend

Bad applicator.
The consistency and finish of the liner is beautiful. However, the applicator doesn’t allow you to draw fine lines or even straight lines very well. The tip tends to be dry and, like all felt liner applicators, it starts to fray and degrade at the tip. I wish more cosmetic companies would go back to a good tapered brush for liquid liner. You have much better control with a brush. The felt tips are just rubbish.

Awesome product! It’s easy to apply, it’s not messy and it doesn’t run. Definitely matte. Overall probably new favorite!
